Info about the BSB!!
The Backstreet Boys formed when Nick was only a 12 year old, which makes the year 1992. Howie and AJ met at a singing lesson and soon became friends. They used to go along to auditions and stuff together, and they met Nick during one of those auditions. They all thought, "Why not team up?" So they got together. Kevin, who used to live in Lexington Kentucky, had decided to go to Orlando to work. It was from a co-worker that Kevin found out about, "Those guys whose harmonize all the time" So he went to check it out. Soon, he joined, but the BSB found that they needed someone else to fill out the sound. Kevin had been telling everyone about his cousin Brian who could REALLY sing. Soon, Kevin called him at school, sending him out of class. Brian agreed, and hopped on the next plane to Orlando to meet the boys. Brian too joined, and helped the guys name themselves after a flea market in Orlando - The Backstreet Market. It was decided then and there that they were destined to be called the Backstreet Boys and that a claim to fame was in the future.
