Now your probably looking at your chapstick lid thinking this thing is way to big for a hat I thought the same thing but actually it's not it's the perfect size so don't trim it!!!! Now spread glue onto the top of the chapstick lid and put it down onto the velvet let the glue sit for a moment and then trim around up close to the edges of the chapstick lid don't worry if you clipped a little to close to the edge cause the bunka will cover it up now cut a small strip of velvet and spread glue around the sides of the chapstick lid then start wrapping the velvet around the outside of the lid secure the end with a little bit of glue now you start to trim the hat put unraveled bunka around the bottom edge of the hat and around the top edge of the hat then take your bunka and make a small rosette and glue it to the bottom of the feather then glue your feather to your hat then slip it onto your hat stand and ta da!!!
