Instructions:
Jump on the he crates to cross the fence and run into the building to the left. You will meet the guard chief. If he isn't there, wait a few moments until he arrives. Knock him out (punch or shoot) and use the facemaker to assume his identity (simply stand in front of the guard and access your inventory menu and select the facemaker). Take the chief's ID and grab the letter with the errand from the desk. Now you can freely walk around the base in disguise -- but be sure to put your gun away. Go to the left and pass through a gate, then make a right and walk up to the truck. You will see the driver standing around. Give him the errand letter. He will start the truck's engine and leave. Once he is gone, go to the back of the truck and climb up. Clutter will join you and the level ends.
