Did you know that no matter what has happened to you or what you have done in your life that you are still a beautiful person? I have had times in my life where I was convinced that because of my past I was un ugly, unlovable person. In the journey I have taken in my life I learned, through what I call a spiritual experiance, that it didn't matter, that I am still a beautiful person. By accepting my faults and the mistakes I have made I was able to over come the feelings of shame I have had.
Do you know that no matter what any one has done to hurt you, you are stll a beautiful person? Do you know that about your self? Do you know that even if you have done things wrong that that's it doesn't make you a bad person? You are human, we all are, and as long as we are all willing to change and grow then we are ok.
People have done some terrible things to me. I have felt as if I was a bad person because of that happening. I know that no matter what any one has done to me that I am a beautiful person. No matter what they did to hurt me or to make me believe different.
