Fast As You Can
Fast as you can,
You run from the fear
Of being too near
The Heat is overwhelming
Run from the light.
Faith is conforming,
Change quickly to avoid.
Falling fast, I fear the worst
That I may love you.
The fear in my heart,
I know is true.
Day by day
Slowly my love for you grows
Instantly with no alarm
Everything about you makes me smile
Everything about you makes me cry
I must love you.
Pain of heartbreak succumbs me.
Fast as you can
Run from the fear.
