Dubya doesn't just want to keep American women barefoot and pregnant by outlawing abortion.

Dubya wants to stop contraception benefits for 1.2 million women covered by 250 health plans for federal employes, retirees and their families.

Under Dubya's $l.96-trillion budget proposal, insurers offering prescription benefits no longer would have to cover birth-control pills, injections, diaphrams, intrauterine devices and hormonal skin implants.

Dubya, of course, doesn't propose eliminating mandatory health coverages for anti-impotence drugs. Perhaps because so many pricks work for his Administration.

Blithly forgetting that he lost the popular vote for President by more than 500,000 ballots nationwide, Dubya continues to pursue the facist agenda of his handlers from the religious right.

Thankfully there are only about 1,240 days until the next Presidential election in 2004. (22 APRIL 2001)
