Next week, on Feb. 17, Attitude: Comments by Harry Higgens enters its fourth year of cyberpublishing.
The anniversary will mark three years of weekly letters from the editor about the human condition since Feb. 15, 1999.
For the uninitiated, that’s 156 short essays on issues in cyberspace, education, family, language, law, literature, miscellaneous, nuisances, political incorrectness, politics, sports and the war on terrorism.
Still averaging only five hits a day at harryhiggens.com, the Harry Higgens Foundation Society website barely accomplishes its goal of spreading Harry’s pixels and bromides around the world.
Harry would have liked that—and the fact that HHFS celebrates two score and six from March 22-26 with a reunion of believers in Southern California.
Expected to attend are the Chancellor Emeritus, Chancellor Extraordinary, Emeritus Delegate Plenipotentiary, Recorder of Pugilists, Emeritus Keeper of Salutations and Press Attache Politicus. (10 FEBRUARY 2002)
