Would a play called Penis Talk survive anywhere, much less on hundreds of stages nationwide?
Of course not. Male private parts are organa non grata in a politically correct world.
Since 1996, however, women have explicitly described female sexual experiences for 90 standup minutes in Eve Engler’s The Vagina Monologues --without a peep from America’s bluenoses.
What’s going on is the same nonsense that permits black studies on university campuses, but not white studies. Or women’s studies, but not men’s studies.
Ye olde double standard. What’s good for the goose is not good for the gander.
The same double standard that allows feminists to portray women as the only persons exploited in pornography.
