California censors now dictate that Native Americans, once called Indians, can’t be shown with braids or living in rural areas or reservations.

What about those Indians who wear Mohawk haircuts and deal blackjack hands in casinos?

One old nemesis, the term “Founding Fathers,” has been neutered into “The Framers.”

That’s an improvement over an earlier substitution of “Forepersons” for “Forefathers.” The Framers do not have foreskins.

Snowman morphs into snowperson. Yeti must now be the Abominable Bisexual.

Senior citizen once replaced elder because of perceived sensitivities to the subject of age. Now the language guerrillas inexplicably prefer the term “older person.”
