America finally has a poster boy to blame for allegedly helping cause millions of dollars in damage to personal and corporate computers worldwide.

He’s 18-year-old Jeffrey Lee Parsons of Hopkins, Minn . Parsons was arrested this week by federal agents and faces a Sept. 17 hearing in Seattle, Wash.

Parsons, who sports a lip stud and partially shaved head on a rotund frame, is accused of modifying and disseminating the “Blaster” virus-like worm.

If convicted of intentionally causing damage to protected computers, he faces a 10-year prison term and $250,000 fine. Parsons, a senior in high school, has only $3 in the bank.

Investigators seized eight computers from the suburban Minneapolis home ”Teekid” shares with his clueless parents.

Parsons, meanwhile, wears an electronic monitoring device and may leave home only for school and medical appointments.

Described by authorities as “dangerous,” Parsons is under court order not to access the Internet or any other computer network.
