Remember Aytm, the Nigerian con artist who spammed the Internet looking for gullible fools to finance his get-rich-quick schemes?
He’s been joined in cyberspace by a lawyer and two women from Nigeria, South Africa and Kuwait.
”Barrister” Bello Dangote, Susan Gezi and Serena Jones each offer tear-jerking tales of financial woe.
Dangote dangles a share of $11 million, Gezi a piece of $22 million and Jones a slice of $10 million. Just for forking over cash to retrieve the assets purloined by corrupt governments.
Jones gets the greatest pity. Poor woman, she is a born-again Christian dying of cancer and strokes and wants only to give her millions to the church.
Sorry, Serena, we already gave at the office. (16 NOVEMBER 2003)
