Don’t do as they do. Do as they say.

Seems some residents of Utah--which winks at wholesale bigamy--- won’t let other residents have more than one cat or one dog per household.

On Dec. 8, the Provo City Council is expected to adopt a revised ordinance allowing a maximum of two cats and two dogs per household.

No mention is made of fertile or neutered status, begging the question: Would that ordinance be violated if a male pet impregnated a female pet?

Think about that: a criminal citation issued for each resulting kitty or puppy.

It’s going to be arraigning cats and dogs in the Beehive State. (5 DECEMBER 2004)
