Sacramento environmentalist Mike Savino, a 39-year member of the Sierra Club, is being sued by his neighbors for cutting down the noxious Chinese sumac alongside their property line with Savino’s vacant lot.
The neighbors allege suffering “discomfort, annoyance and mental suffering” because of the lost shade and privacy.
Plaintiffs clearly have been abusing too much of another weed common in the Golden State (3 JUNE 2007)
