Poop happens. Deal with it.

Stepping in it is a risk you take every time you walk on private or public property.

But getting it on your shoes is not a valid reason to sue the property owner, at least according to municipal attorneys in Norwalk, Conn.

They dismissed a legal claim for $100 to cover the cost of replacing a child’s shoes soiled by canine excrement in a city aquarium.

Nevermind why a dog was allowed to visit, let alone defecate, in the marine sanctuary. Zoos don’t permit dogs, even on leashes.

Visitors are there to view animals, not bring them with them.

Hey, if your sneakers get squished, just hose them off or throw them in the washing machine.
