The site, devoted to identifying the serial killer who terrorized Central California in the 1970s, is mastered by Tom Voigt of Portland, Ore.
Now zeroing in on its most viable suspect, the site is based on hundreds of interviews of persons involved in multiple-homicide cases in three counties and links to thousands of police reports and crime-scene photos.
During this past decade, Tom has been interviewed and featured in scores of cable-network programs, television and radio programs, newspapers and magazines.
