It's all so damned obvious.
"No" is a deliberate conspiracy of political whores and their customers.
Businesses aren't hiring, banks aren't lending and Republicans aren't helping to legislate because they all want President Obama to fail.
They want America's electorate to blame Democrats for the faltering economy and return the GOP to legislative supremacy in November.
That accomplished, the Republicans will then race to the rescue with proposals for more tax cuts, increased defense spending and more unfunded earmarks.
Magically, business will start hiring again and banks will start lending again--pocketbook evidence that Republicans deserve to win both the White House and Congress in 2012.
