SSD first allowed a star athlete to continue attending school and playing basketball after he pled guilty to sexually assaulting a member of the cheerleading squad.
Then it suspended the assault victim from the squad for refusing to cheer for the convicted star during games and advised her to avoid the school cafeteria and homecoming activities.
The assault victim's family sued SSD and lost.
It gets worse.
