Wait a sec. Tax returns for 2011 aren't filed until 2012. There's a distinct Nigerian smell to all this.
Scammers aren't content with duplicating site design and content of real financial institutions to dupe account holders into revealing access information.
The African cyber pirates now are masquerading as the most feared agency of the American government--with impunity, of course.
