Who knew aspirin had even greater miracle properties?

First its blood-thinning features were credited with preventing heart attacks.

Then its immediate consumption was recommended for individuals experiencing heart attacks or strokes, to minimize cardiovascular damage.

Now it is recommended as an alternative to birth-control pills and other forms of contraception.

Foster Friess--the billionaire, not the California hamburger chain--recommends that women prevent pregnancy by putting aspirin between their knees.

Friess is the primary financial contributor to the super-PAC supporting former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Penn.) in his bid for the presidential nomination.

Also a sponsor of the Tea Party Nation, Friess cited aspirin (abstinence) in defense of Santorum's rabid stand against all contraception practices now used by most Americans.

Santorum now joins Republicans Mitt Romney, Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich as unelectable next November.

Which pleases half-Gov. Sarah Palin (R-Alaska), who waits in the wings for the nod in a brokered GOP convention. (19 FEBRUARY 2012)
