They entered the U.S. by trespassing at two borders and two coasts.
They survive here by taking jobs at slave wages, by avoiding taxes and by accessing public services without paying for them.
Now they demand that Americans stop calling them "illegal immigrants" and "illegal aliens."
They point out that--under the law--everyone is presumed innocent until found guilty, that undocumented immigrants and aliens are legal until proven otherwise.
They want the same conditional "alleged" status as accused robbers, rapists, murderers and child molesters.
If you don't have legitimate documents and can't read, write or speak English, you're an illegal.
