Hillary, like Dubya, dodged the missile--this time thrown by a blonde woman still unidentified after her arrest by the U.S. Secret Service.
The attack occurred while Hillary was addressing 1,000 solid-waste management conventioneers at the Mandalay Bay Hotel.
