America desperately needs more women in leadership positions:
Politics, business, law, academics--any venue requiring fairness and thoughtfulness.
Why?
Women play and work by the rules. Meanness and cheap shots are innately foreign to most members of the distaff side.
Women have always been society's caregivers, but unfortunately have also been underpaid and underappreciated in those roles.
Men view every challenge as a survival of the fittest, as contests to the imagined or real death.
Women view every challege as an opportunity to reach consensus, compromise, resolution without humilitation.
When humans suffer grievous pain or illness, they don't cry out for Dad. They cry out for Mom. (29 JUNE 2014)
