THEY AIN'T WORTH BUCKET OF SPIT

You've been a licensed driver for 62 years.

Now you discover you'll need to produce a birth certificate when renewing before your next birthday.

You've been a licenced vehicle operator in two states, have possessed the most secretive "Q" security clearance, served in the Naval Reserve, obtained Merchant Marine seaman papers and have received Social Security and Medicare for 16 and 13 years respectively.

Nevermind. Those documents won't phase the bureaucrats because them papers ain't worth a bucket of spit.

Only a birth certificate will suffice. No other government-issued proof of citizenship need apply.

Legislators apparently want to keep undocumented aliens from driving on public roads, opening bank accounts and climbing aboard airlines.

Hey, illegals can easily purchase quality bogus licenses and birth certificates. Old farts, meanwhile, are the only ones inconvenienced by the document law. (27 JULY 2014)
