DON'T USE POP-POP IN POLITE COMPANY

Don't ever call your grandfather Pop-Pop.

According to the Urban Dictionary, Pop-Pop is slang for coitus. And we all know what that means.

Some ethnics, however, insist on calling their father's father Pop-Pop, not Grandpa or Grampa.

Not Grandpappy, Gramps or Granddad.

Not Granddaddy, Grandpop or Paw Paw.

Not Big Paws, Pee Paw or Papadaddy.

Not Bompa, Boppa, G-Daddy or G-Pa.

Pop-Pop.

It's like the Brits nicknaming a grandfather Snog.

Neither Snog nor Pop-Pop should be uttered in polite company. (17 AUGUST 2014)
