Third-termer Grimm--a former businessman, FBI agent and Marine-- pled guilty this week to federal fax fraud. He also had been accused of perjury and hiring undocumented aliens.
Awaiting sentencing June 8 for up to three years in prison, Grimm gained national notoriety by threatening on live TV to "break" a reporter and throw him over a House balcony for asking him about the criminal case.
Grimm refuses to resign from office and GOP leaders in the House remain mum about disciplinary actions against the convicted felon.
