Enter the la-la land of the Kermit (Texas) Elementary School, which dumped three times on nine-year-old Jason Steward.
Jason was suspended from school after saying he could make a classmate disappear with The Hobbit "magical ring of invisibility."
He was in-school suspended for calling an African -American classmate "black," then again for bringing the popular Big Book of Knowledge to class.
Heavens to Betsy.
So much worse than molding a pastry into a gun shape, pointing a finger into the air and saying "bang" and for burping loudly in class.
