It is located 5 miles away from Talcher Town on the banks of river Brahmani and is connected with other important places of Orissa by National Highway 23. The institute has its modern Administrative buildings, Hostels for both boys & girls students as well as sufficient quarters for the staffs. The campus spreads over an area of 172 acres. |

The institute has well developed laboratories equipped with modern sophisticated instruments. It has a central library and a Computer Center with Magnum-II, Landmark-II, HP 9000-712 Work Station. Besides the central computational facility, mini systems/Computers are available in each department to cater the needs of the students as well as faculty for research and development activities. The institute has also a modern CAD Center. |
