Nuuanu Pali, Oahu. The first place we went to in Hawaii. It is usually very windy here and it's also said to be haunted which is why the place is locked up by 6pm. Pali means cliff in Hawaiian.
Waikiki Beach, Oahu. One of my favorite haunts in Oahu. On the first day itself, I went with Shirley in search of Waikiki beach but we failed to find it due to my misreading of the map. However the beach itself is nothing spectacular. But the cool weather more than makes up for it.
Pearl Harbor, Oahu. Here we viewed a video show on the war before taking a ferry to visit the sunken Arizona.
Diamond Head, Oahu. It's called Diamond Head because there's a story that goes that sailors saw minerals on top of the crater and mistook it as diamonds. However it really doesn't feel like we're in a crater at all as it's so huge and the ground so flat.
Nuuanu Pali again.
