Kanchanaburi 1999
With my mum at Changi Airport awaiting my flight to Thailand.
At the famous and very touristy floating market. As you can see in this picture, we took a ride on a boat which costs 50 baht per person.
This is the most famous landmark in Kanchanaburi. However it has a very painful and tragic history. During World War 2, the Japanese got their prisoners of war to construct a railway leading all the way to Burma. Due to the harsh and inhumane conditions, many failed to make it.
Sam and I inside the Saphram Crocodile Farm.
Winston and I outside the crocodile farm.
