MY BOSTON CREAM PIE IS VERY SIMPLE TO MAKE. TAKE ONE RECIPE OF CHOCOLATE ANGEL CAKE AND DIVIDE THE BATTER INTO 2 9"ROUND CAKE PANS AND BAKE AS DIRECTED.COOL EACH LAYER AND THEN MIX UP 1 PKG OF SF VANILLA PUDDING USING 3/4 CUP OF HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM DILUTED WITH 3/4 CUP WATER, IN PLACE OF THE MILK. MIX UNTIL THICK AND THEN SPREAD THIS BETWEEN CAKE LAYERS AND FROST WITH MY CHOCOLATE FROSTING THAT IS STILL WARM. REFRIGERATE AND ENJOY
