1 cup SS (I mixed Splenda and Sugar Twin)

1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup soy flour(HODGSONS MILLS)
1 TBS vital wheat gluten

Melt butter, add cocoa and stir well. Add SS and blend...
Add eggs 1 at a time beating well.
Stir in vanilla, flour and gluten. Do not overbeat.
Spread into prepared pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes ot clean.
You can add nuts if desired or frost with my chocolate icing or drizzle these with creme de coca.
Going by counts on my labels this is 22 gr for entire recipe after deducting fiber...
