1/2 stick butter, softened to room temp
2TBS peanut butter
1tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1pkg Nestle Fat Free cocoa mix
1/2 cup brown Sugar Twin
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/4 c soy flour
1TBS chocolate Protein 95

Cream butter, p.butter and Sugar Twin in a bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add wheat bran, flour and Pro 95...Mix well. Pour into a round or sq 9" cake pan, sprayed with PAM and bake at 375* for 15 min.....
These are good plain or if you'd like you could frost with my Peanut Butter frosting or the cooled Hot Fudge sauce..................
