1/2 cup Splenda

1/4 cup water

2 cups slice fresh rhubarb

1 cup strawberries/halved

1/2 cup watermelon chunks...seedless

1 tsp Vanilla

IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN ADD WATER,SPLENDA AD RHUBARB. SIMMER COVERED, UNTIL RHUBARB IS TENDER ABOUT 5 MIN....STIR IN STRAWBERRIES,WATERMELON AND VANILLA.COOL. CAN BE SERVED AS A TOPPING OVER LOW CARB CREPES OR WITH THE ORANGE ICE... MAKES 6-8 SERVINGS
