CHOCOLATE FROSTING

1/4 CUP BUTTER

3 TBS COCOA

3/4 CUP SUGAR SUBSTITUTE

1/2 CUP HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM

2 Tsp. VANILLA

MELT BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT, AND ADD COCOA

ADD CREAM SLOWLY AND BRING TO A BOIL

REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD SS AND VANILLA

MIX WELL AND COOL IN FRIDGE FOR 15 MIN

REMOVE FROM FRIDGE AND BEAT WITH MIXER UNTIL MIXTURE STARTS TO THICKEN, YOU CAN EITHER USE THIS TO FROST A CAKE OR USE IT AS A CHOCOLATE TOPPING FOR ICE CREAM, OR OTHER DESSERTS
