AFTER FROZEN BREAK THIS MIXTURE INTO SMALL CHUNKS.PLACE THESE CHUNKS INTO A CHILLED METAL MIXING BOWL. BEAT WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXERMUNTIL MIXTURE IS FLUFFY/NOT MELTED. RETURN IMMEDIATELY TO THE 2 QT CHILLED BAKING DISH. COVER AND REFREEZE UNTIL FIRM. TO SERVE, LET STAND AT ROOM TEMP FOR ABOUT 5 MIN IF VERY FIRM.
