1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cream
1/4 c. water
2 oz cream cheese
1 c. Rice Crispy Cereal
4 TBS chocolate Protein 95 soy isolate
1/3 cup wheat bran
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 packets Splenda, Or Equal
1 cup walnuts
1 teaspoons cocoa

Directions: Mix up all dry ingredients into a bowl-- In a 1-c. glass measure place 1/4-c. butter, vanilla, the peanut butter,cr. cheese and 1/4 c, cream, ¼ c, water. Mix it well with a small wire whisk. Microwave until all is melted, don't let it go over the top! Dump the hot liquid into the dry and mix quickly. Using your hands, place into bottom of 7 x 11" pan and pat it firmly and evenly into a rectangle kind of on the thick side. Cool and cut into 12 bars. Wrap each in Saran and refrigerate.
