To size artwork to fit into a cd case, download Cover Art 7.1. It's very simple to use. If you want to do a foldable (2 sided) front image, use these settings: h=24.2 v=12.1 x=2.54 y=1.1 and rotate 90 degrees so it will fit on paper.
As an addition, to fix TAO discs (remove gaps) here is a link to download wavtrim (i havent used it myself tho). Wavtrim or Wavtrim
