A bio, huh? Hmmmm. Well, I guess it’s pretty obvious I love Jimmy and Lou the most. I think together they could have been more passionate than........ not that I don’t love Kid. He’s a great guy! Maybe I should stay off this topic before the die hard Kid fans start thinking evil thoughts. Actually, if I wanted to challenge myself, I would write a Kid/ Lou story. That would be hard!

Young Riders was the best show ever on television, and I wish some station would pick it up! Hopefully one will and they won’t edit it!!!! Until then, we have to keep the show alive! All the websites devoted to the show are just great:)

Okay, okay! I haven’t really said much you don’t already know yet. I’m getting there! Let me see........ Did I mention Jimmy and Lou are my favorite characters???? Thought so.

Madison’s Life: Boring! I work and attend college (though I can’t decide on what I truly want to be yet). I live in the mid west, but I want to visit Arizona someday. My boyfriend has relatives down there, so maybe he’ll decided to visit them one day and take me with? A girl can hope!

I have sandy blonde hair, blue eyes. I’m not very tall (under 5’3)! Weight: Do you really need to know? Well, I’m 110 pounds. Really! Oh yeah, I’m still under the legal drinking age. Now that you have a brief description of me (I do weigh 110! No I don’t diet! I eat anything and everything just like Cody!), lets move on.

I love animals! Horses are my absolute favorite! I also love cats and dogs. Bunnies are also cute. I used to have a wonderful dwarf rabbit when I was younger. I used to walk her on a leash. She was the best!

Oh, I have an interest in history- the Wild West! Americans were so rowdy then! If I could only go back for a day! I’d have a lot of fun. I’ve always been curious about the gunfighters and the outlaws, etc. In fact, on a past poll featured at the Saddlin’ Station, ( what would you be if you were on the show? A love interest, an assistant to the law, etc. I can’t remember the actual poll title), I was the only one who chose to be a bad guy with a big gun causing havoc! Can you believe it?!!! Right now you’re doubting my sanity. Am I right?

What got me started on writing? Well, I have always enjoyed writing short stories. But when I saw Young Riders had fan fiction, WOW! I didn’t think I could do it! For weeks I tried to get a paragraph, AND I mean just a paragraph written. Nothing happened! Then one day, I decided to write a short story about a journalist observing my favorite couple (okay they’re not a couple! I’m gonna call them that anyway!). It was meant to be a short story, but I had forgotten to put ‘the end’ on when I sent it in. Joanna, assumed it was a continuing story. Thank goodness! Her encouraging words convinced me to keep working on it. Hence, my first tale emerged. It’s called, (and the title is just so unique and creative, you’d better brace yourself) The Story. The comparison piece at Kathleen’s Pony Tales was originally how I planned on writing the story. But, things don’t always turn out the way you expect!

I have written a lot of stories since. The Journalist’s Tale, A Flower’s Petals, A Petal’s Promise (which surprised me. I didn’t expect them to be so well liked. Thanks everyone:), Dress Up (my personal favorite ‘cause I’d love to run around in one of Jimmy’s shirts!), Many Loves, The Letter, The Reunion, Love Triangles, The Prankster’s Love, and A Tale of Lovers. I don’t think I’ve forgotten any.

What inspired me to write stories about the Young Riders? All you wonderful authors! It is so great to see so many people writing about The Young Riders!
