 Castles made of Dry Sand

When all alone I feel confined
 Pressures in my head
Teaming with the pulsation of thoughts, odium and actions
Fists clench and draw back in fits of rage
Unforgiving twitches twist and thrash about
My insanity surfaces on my superficial cloak
My solid foundation of sanity revealed as sandy castles moat
Filled with tide water silt
Washed away in waves of emotion
Salty sting, sand burn as I fall to my face scrape this frown and scratch my eyeballs
Roll me over, tuck and flip
Then as quickly as this has come
It will abate and leave me tired, insane and helpless.
I will swim and crawl back to shore so i may build this whimsical castle again.
