Twenty-five years ago my first Chow litter of one was born.
Her name was Silverstone's Jasmine, Rom. She was sired by Clarcastle Valentine out of my first Chow Silverstone's Ming-a-Ling. That started me into the world of Chows, which I
adore. Jasmine was the dam of two Champions, Biss
Champion Silverstone's Cypress, Rom., and Champion Silverstone's
Samoa. Through the years there were other Champions coming
from these original dogs and some with obedience degrees too, but
these were my favorites. My kennel name became Amulet
in 1986.
My goal has
always been to breed for a good temperament, and a beautiful sound
healthy dog. I enjoy knowing my puppies are in homes where
they are happy, and their owners are happy with them.
A show home is not my primary goal for ownership of my puppies. A
good loving home is more important.
