More Information About The Annie Casey Foundation Grant


CRITERIA

The CPT will only look at proposals from community projects that include both school, DHS, and other human service partners who would like to expand the number and types of parnters involved in their current project, site or organiztional structure. All partners must be committed to the long-term pursuit of integration of education and human services.

AMOUNT

Up to four grant, worth up to $20,000 each, will be awarded for 1999. Total dollars available are $50,000. Funds may not be used to pay for positions or salaries because this is not ongoing funding.

ELIGIBILITY

Preference will be given to current, active DHS service integration projects; however, other DHS coalition-based community projects are also eligible to apply. Examples of these types of projects include but are not limited to: school-based health centers, community child safety nets, Youth Transition Programs, Reduce Adolescent Pregnancy Programs, one-stop career centers, and other projects that include DHS and educational partners.
