The double disk set from the Original Broadway cast. This album includes all the songs from the musical. This CD set is for Rent fans who want to hear all the songs. Most like it better than the highlights album and I would highly recommend paying the extra money, it's well worth it.

Highlights From The Original Cast Album

This CD features the best songs from the Original Cast Recording of Rent. It gives a nice collection of songs, however, some of my favorite songs were left out. This is a great CD if you only want the main songs, but if you want more I suggest the two disk set.

The Rent book is the best musical book I have ever seen. It offers an in-depth look into all aspects of the musical. Rent comes to life in the 160 full colored pages of vivid photographs and behind the scenes pictures. It captures the heart and spirit of a generation. The book goes through the different events which happened during the production, told through the eyes of the cast and crew. I would definately recommend this book to anyone at all interested in Rent.
