No fee will be refunded in whole or in part. If the bitch fails to be in whelp or only has one puppy, a return service will be given to the same stud without any additional charge. If the bitch has a litter of only one puppy and is given a return service which also results in only one puppy, the owner of the stud dog has no further obligation.

The owner of the bitch agrees not to sell any of the puppies from this breeding to pet shops, pet dealers, catalog houses, or any other commercial distributors. The bitch owner also agrees to find a good home for each puppy and not to take any of them to the pound or Humane Society, even though this might mean keeping some of them.

It is specifically agreed that the owner of the stud dog is not obligated to sign the application for registration of this litter until the fee has been paid in full or other satisfactory

arrangements have been made.
