Oregon Falls2Oregon has some of the countries most beautiful places to visit. I only get a couple chances here and there to hike out and find the secret falls, and known falls, and little hideaways. Always more to come....

![]() Watson Falls are pretty interesting. The hike is pretty steep, and you can see most of the falls from the bridge/lookout at the half way point. This is a pic of the 'brook' going under the bridge, and below what you see from the bridge looking up. The water falls approx 225 feet from top to the pool below. Watson falls is located on Diamond Lake Blvd hwy, going tward Diamond Lake, and Crater Lake. Through the town of Glide, it is about an hour and a half out of Rsbg. There are signs to lead you there. |

![]() I love Hemlock Lake, but have since gotten a love/hate thing going with it. This pic was taken the day after Thanksgiving 2000, in December 2000 the family went up there to get a tree. We ended up stuck, and had to spend the night. No food, nothing to drink, it was scary. But thankfully we were able to get out the next morning, and got the tree several miles down past the snow... lol (Hemlock is off of the Diamond Lake Blvd hwy from Rsbg, Turning right onto Little River Road just as you get into Glide.) |
![]() Fall Creek Falls are out Diamond Lake Blvd from Roseburg, Through the town of Glide, about 40 miles or so? This is a nice hike. A really neat 'maze' through the middle of some rocks, rocks standing a good 12 feet tall... also another trial going off to the right to some burial/serimonal place? We didnt go up that way... |
![]() If you dont like stairs, then I suggest you dont do this one. The trail has been re-done to include wooden stairs, and walkways. You can not go to the falls, there is a lookout, but no way down, unless you climb the fencing. Toketee Falls are also on route to Diamond Lake. There are several signs to lead you in the right direction. |
