Truth, Faith, Love
When the truth and the lie come together there is always a strong reaction. Always there has been conflict, good and evil, truth and deception, even faith and science, always fighting to gain the upper hand, prove what they believe. But when love and duty come together, there is no contest, there is only a deep feeling, found only during those few precious moments of true joy. It is in these moments that most of us choose our sides. Faith over science, truth over deception, and above all else, love for those we care about. Most of the time, however, our love for those we do care about leads us down a path to duty. We constantly feel a need to protect our loves, our connections to this world. We become infatuated with them, obsessed with their safety and protection. While most people do feel this way, it is only the true knight, the ones truly in love that act upon this feeling, sacrificing their own souls to do whatever it takes to defend the ones they love.
