notes from me: I've read a coulple interviews from him (go to the interviews section to read some) and he seems really cool (I mean, he's not at all like his character) and he's happy because "I'll get to play all the villians in the Hollywood movies after this" and won't that be a good financial confort for You-Know-Who?

ZOE WANNAMAKER

part: Madam Hooch
previous experience: Wilde, Raggedy Rawney, The Hunger
notes from me: I think she looks like her character. Bright-eyed and alert. Madam Hooch is important and unimportant in the movie. She's important because it is she that monitors the Quidditch games. She is, however, unimportant in that she never does anything that is not related to the sport of Quidditch. (Really, has she really been seen flying one in the books at all? :-)

ALAN RICKMAN

notes from me: I've not much to say here, but... I kind of like Snape in the books, and I hope he isn't too hard on Snape in the movie!

notes from me: His agent has confirmed that he will play the role of Dumbledore, though for a while he was out because he supposedly wanted a share of the merchandise. Now, he's in for sure. Also I've read a lot of conflicting articles about him, some which state he's a fan of the books but then others that say he doesn't want to be in the movies at all!
