HOGWARTS EXPRESS . All aboard! The Hogwarts Express scenes were great, and though the pictures came out kind of shaky the colors are brilliant, don't you agree? Don't worry if it doesn't look that good now; the movies always delete any scenes not yet flawless. note Thanks to The Harry Potter Network and Empire Online, which is where I got most of the credit. Most of the pictures were taken by Empire Online.

DURHAM . left Most of the scenes shot here are corridors and the castle structure. Attention has been paid even to a lonesome pillar (left) and the "H" of Hogwarts carved in. The pillars should probably be elaborated a bit more, though, and it would be cool if they added stuff like flying butressess (sp?) and added a few enchantments to the objects as well! right The classrooms don't look so hot, no offense wb, but I think we should be fair in this production so let's just wait and see... Durham Castle has its own website, where they provide tourist pictures to one and all! I don't have the link to the website yet but I'll try to get it soon! Filming will probably begin in Durham shortly, once they finish Alnwick Castle (see below).

HARROW BOARDING SCHOOL . Harrow Boarding School has agreed to let WB use some of their buildings, I guess, for filming purposes... I thnk I used to have a picture around here somewhere that showed the whole school... well if anyone has it please copy one for me and send it... anyway this would be the library in the film where Madam Pince roams around sniffing at suspicious looking people and dusty old books :-)

ALNWICK & GLOUCESTER . Filming has begun at Alnwick Castle. The HP Network reports: "It's due to last three weeks, and involves the Quidditch Match and Practices. They've already started filming the first years during their flying lessons." As for Gloucester Cathedral... haven't heard much about it besides the fact that Hogwarts will be portrayed there.
