PICKET POST CLOSING . Talk about looking identical! I can just picture the Dursleys waking up to this place, the sun shining ever so slightly on their weedless yawn! What a thought! picket post clearing In reality, it is just outside the town of Bracknell in England. When these pictures were taken there was no sign on Chris Columbus or any human actors, but some owls were spotted, including Hedwig! notes Thanks to The Harry Potter Network and Empire Online, which is where I got most of the credit. MORE PICKET POST... . There wasn't much in this picture, but you can see... um, a red car...some workers in the background hitching up some sort of movie device (don't ask me what it is, if I knew I would say so :-) and a camera (I think it's a camera, that white blob above the red car's front.) The house nearest the workers is probably the Dursleys...

...AND MORE PICKET POST CLOSING! . An owl in training. This was reported to be Hedwig, though it could be the owl who flies by the window at the beginning of Book One (...Scorcerer's Stone) I was wondering: is this just practice for the owls, or are they actually filming during this period of time? (like while these photographs were taken.)
