At my first check up I was 4 days
old. I had shrunk 1/2 inch but had
gained 3/4 of a ounce. My second check up was my 2 month check up. I weighed 11 pounds and 12 ounces and was 22 inches long. I received 4 immunizations. My 4 month check up was next. At this check up I weighed 15 pounds and 8 ounces and was 24 1/2 inches tall. I received only 2 immunizations this time. I had my 6 month check up. I now weigh 16 pounds 8 ounces and am 26 1/4 inches long. I had 2 immunizations. I had my first visit to the E.R. My eye turned bright red and was pouring out water. Momma and Daddy thought I might have scratched it and since they didn't want me to get an infection they took me to the E.R. We waited for 2 hours in the waiting room. I behaved extremely well the whole time. When they called me back they weighed me in, I weighed 18 pounds and 6 ounces. The doctor checked my eye and said that I didn't have a scratch but I did have a clogged tear duct and an infection. They gave us some drops for my eye and sent us home. The drops worked and my eye isn't red or watery anymore. I weighed 18 pounds and 6 ounces at my 9 month check up. I was 27 inches long. Those measurements put me in the 25 percentile for weight and the 10 percentile for height. I received one immunization and they also checked my iron level, which was fine. The other day Momma and Daddy put me on the scale at the UPS place and I weighed 20 pounds and 10 ounces, but I had clothes on there, so I probably actually weigh a little less than that. Momma says that is a good weight for me to be at 10 months old.
