The camera crew from the ICW open’s in a luxurious neighborhood in Atlanta called the “Crest View”. The camera ban’s up and down the street for a moment and you see many house’s in the five hundred thousand to the seven hundred and fifty thousand dollar range. Camera then show’s one house where two moving van’s are parked in front of. You also see a white stretch limousine in the drive as well as a Silver Jeep Grand Cherokee. The movers are taking stuff in the house from the two trucks. Mason Meadows is on the front porch. He is seated at a table and is drinking a glass of water. He is dressed in black shoes, with some dress pants and a dark blue shirt tucked in. He has on a pair of Oakley sunglasses. He is talking on the phone and you hear his side of the conversation.

This is a terrific house man. [Pause] You should really see it sometime. [Pause] Well I am going to Cincinnati this weekend. [Pause] I’m not sure, Probably catch a early plane Friday morning and try to meet up with John. [Pause] Great I will be glad to have you. [Pause] Hey I need to run Keith, I need to speak to the movers. [Pause] Great, I’ll talk to you tomorrow. Bye.

Mason hang’s his cordless phone up as the foremen for the movers approaches him. His name badge read’s “Jimmy”. Mason motions for him to sit down.

So is everything almost set up?

Jimmy: Yes, My crew is almost finished.

Good, Did they set up my weight room accordingly?

Jimmy: Yes they did. I had two of my guy’s double check everything for you.

Great, So how much longer until your done?

Jimmy: Within the next twenty minutes. We have to realign your living room according to the layout design we were given.

That’s fine well go ahead I’m going to sit out here for a few minutes.

Jimmy: Thank you very much.

Jimmy get’s up and walk’s away from the table. Mason take’s a swallow of his water and watch’s the movers bringing in the final furniture. He then look’s at the camera and almost seem’s to smile for a moment.

Must be nice to live in such a great neighborhood…… I never knew what it was like until now. But when you are wheeling and dealing with the big boy’s you get to experience a great place to live unlike some beat up roach motel some other people we know stay in. But when you have the power and support of the Empire behind you there’s nothing that’s too good for us. We are the elite one’s around ICW. LJ, Trin, Myself and now John. We stand out and beyond the rest. We are true talent. We stay in the best hotel’s. Live in the best house’s. Ride in the longest limousine’s. Hell we even eat at the finest restaurants. We’re not like the rest of the people in ICW we are above them. We are the perfectionist! Nothing can stop us!

As Mason finishes his sentence he get’s up from the table and walk’s along the porch. He goes to the end and look’s off to the side where the swimming pool is. The water is crystal blue, and it’s very noticeable that someone has taken great care of it over the summer.

This past week on Shock we saw many amazing things. We saw our Blood champion run over by w white Mazda. He is very badly injured and it’s unclear if he will return or not. Frankly I am going to miss him. I considered Dante a friend, someone to talk to. It’s too bad that Mazda didn’t feel the same way. But hey it isn’t no big loss. I think he was overrated to start with. You also saw Leslie Case get a slight pat on the back and it caused her to fall off the top rope. I hope she doesn’t think I was trying to push her. I was just out there wanting to let her know she was doing a great job and I wanted to pat her on the back. Sorry about that Leslie. I guess I don’t know my own strengths sometimes. Sorry about that. You then also saw some masked man come out and stick his nose in my business. I’m not real sure who you are but think about this. If you plan on sticking your nose in my damn business be prepared to get it taken clean of your face. I’m not your little opening match wrestler. I am Mr. Main Event . You are out of your league. Then on Shock you also got to see “The Chosen One” John Clayton become one more piece of the force known as “The Empire”. I will speak more about John in a moment. The final thing you saw on Shock was the dynamic announcement made for Road to Oblivion when there will be a three way dance for my worlds title. Iceberg, Leslie Case, and myself will square off in the ring. But the best part of it all is my friend, the superstar John Clayton will be the one calling the shots…… All I can say is….. It’s a great day to be a member of THE EMPIRE! .

Mason turn’s and walk’s back over to the table. His water glass which was empty now has some more water in it from the ice cubes melting. He lifts the glass up and takes a swallow. As he sets the glass down he looks to the camera.

To my new friend and fellow Empire member John Clayton, I welcome a greeting to you.. Glad to have you. With the talent you have, combined with mine. And the power of Trinity and LJ we will surely be unstoppable. Saturday you showed your true colors when you laid that bitch Lance Adams out and you proved you are truly a part of the Empire through and through. Your quest for the Shock title will come with a great reward. See being a part of the Empire makes you prone to success. Your destine for it and there’s nothing that can stand in your way. You have all the critical key’s to making yourself the new champion. You have the power of Trinity K. Litrell and LJ Black. You have the support of Mason Meadows. And the most important thing is you have the talent and ability to take out anyone who get’s in your way. John you are a great asset to the Empire and the Empire is a great asset to you. Welcome to the family!

Mason look’s towards the driveway and coming along slowly is a black limousine. As it get’s to the front of the drive Mason makes his way down the steps and wait’s to see who get’s out. The driver walk’s around and swing’s the door open. Out of the Limo step’s the ICW Chairman and Owner LJ Black. He is dressed for success with brown dress shoes and a Armani suit. He smile’s and approaches Mason. The two men shake hand’s and stand there and speak.

LJ glad for you to drop by.

LJ: I just wanted to make sure you liked everything.

I loved it! I couldn’t ask for more from a boss.

LJ: I just want to protect my champion. I need to make sure we take good care of you.

You have done it my friend. This really is too much. I mean buying me a six hundred and fifty thousand dollar house is terrific!

LJ: Well actually it ended up costing closer to seven fifty. But it’s nothing for the champ.

Well do you want to come in and look around?

LJ: Actually I cant. I need to get home to Trinity. But I wanted you to know that at Road to Oblivion we are counting on you to keep the gold home. Leslie and Iceberg are tough. But I know you are capable of taking them both out. We are counting on you.

Believe me LJ. I will be ready. After this warm up match with Crow I will be able to take them both on. Plus we got our Ace in the hole John Clayton wearing the stripes!

LJ: Good that’s exactly what I wanted to hear. Well I will see you Saturday in Cincinnati! Bye.

The two men shake hand’s and LJ turn’s and walk’s back to his limo. Mason walk’s up his step’s and enter’s his house. He look’s at the movers who are finishing up his living room and he walks into his study which has a couch facing the window and the back yard. Mason sit’s on it and gaze’s out into the yard..

When I beat Dante for the ICW worlds title a huge target formed over myself. I became the marked man. The person everyone was after. But I expected that to happen. I expected to be gunned at. Leslie Case you my friend have been given the unfavorable task of stepping into the ring with me at Road to Oblivion in a three way dance with Iceberg…… Leslie when I tossed you over the top rope at Night of Champions that should have been a wake up call for you….. You should have know that it was a sign saying to stay away. But I guess you couldn’t do that. You had to become part of the problem in my way. Leslie on Road to Oblivion when we get in the ring I am going to do to you what I did to Lance Adams and Dante. I will beat you down and watch as you lay there in pain and agony. You don’t need to be in a pro wrestling ring. You should be at home taking care of your son. But you decided to venture back into the world of wrestling. I can’t promise you it will be much fun. At Road to Oblivion I am sending you home to your husband and son in a cast!

Then when I dispose of Leslie I get to handle the man who was the first ICW world’s champion Iceberg….. He recovered from his injuries his sustained in his grueling iron maiden match and is back seeking to reclaim his belt. The funny thing is that it wont be as easy to get as he thought. See Dante doesn’t have the belt I do! Iceberg think’s he is something great because he was the first champ. But he wasn’t a real champion. He was nothing but a mere, PAPER-WEIGHT! He couldn’t handle the pressure, the fame, the price’s it puts on your head when you become the champion. You where weak then and your weak now! When Road to Oblivion roll’s around I tend on proving that to everyone. I am going to show the entire world that you are not anything or anyone to pose a threat to ICW. Now maybe if we give you the key’s to a white Mazda you might be able to cause some damage. But other wise you’re a washed up former PAPER-WEIGHT champion. Iceberg you never where anything and you never will be!

Mason stand’s and walk’s towards the window. He stand’s and look’s out of in and lean’s onto the wall for a moment. He smile’s as he prepares to speak.

Now this week on Shock I am scheduled to go up against this guy they call The Crow….. Weird name if you ask me but I didn’t name him. Crow I saw you speak about your upcoming match with me and you really need to go out and check your fact’s again. I’m not just some guy who does a lot of stuff around here. I am the ICW Worlds Heavyweight Champion . I am simply the best there is! Crow your getting into something you may never be able to walk away from the same…… You said I was part of diversity. I was a piece of the ICW just like everyone else….. Your right,……. I am! But the thing is I’m the biggest fucking piece. People like me, John Clayton, Trinity, LJ we are the fucking backbone of this company. We are carrying it. We are making it into something. People like you, Iceberg, Leslie Case, Jonah N Cherry. Your what hurts it. You destroy the federation and weaken it. We are what matters! Not people like you. Your nothing but weakness! You want to play mind games that is very visible. But Crow you are not playing games with a child. Your playing game’s with the most powerful wrestler this company has to offer. I’m not speaking of strength power. I mean mental power, and behind the scene’s power. I am the top dog. I have LJ and Trin, supporting me. Now we have added another great mind in John Clayton to the fold! There is nothing to stop us from ruling the federation. Not even you Crow.

See Crow your nothing but some hotshot trying to climb the rank’s of ICW. Much like Lance Adams. But the funny thing is like him you have to go against one of the big boy’s. You don’t get some easy opening match against some other newbie. You get the best of the best. The champion! See this match isn’t a opening match for you. It’s another warm up for me. It’s just a short workout in order for me get ready for Road to Oblivion. You claimed you angered me….. I see no such anger towards you. What have you done that would make me angry? I have great self control and do not think even for a moment that you propose anything for me to worry about. See Crow you play all the game’s you want. You say this and that but we both know the truth. Your worried, you want to make a good impression on the bosses. But deep down inside you know you can’t. Your not as good as you appeared on your resume, Your nothing to me. On Shock I am going to prove that. You asked the question how I can do so much on one show? Well when you get paid the kind of check I do you are required to do a lot. But when your part of the Empire. We all have business to take care of. See I am the figure head of this federation. The flagship. The leader. You said it’s about controlling the tempo of the match. About wrestling….. Crow you need to do your research. I went a hour and fourty minutes with Mr. Pogo in the ring. I trained in the Hart family dungeon one of the last people to be trained by the late great Stu Hart. I spent time under the wing of the legendary Ricky Steamboat. So don’t run your damn mouth at me about controlling things. I am the master of that. Crow your not ready for me. You don’t know anything about me. Go out and do your research. Ask question’s and wait for answer’s. Don’t try to answer them yourself. Because as long as you are doing that your just making yourself look like a fool. I saw the part of your interview where you kicked the camera man at the end. I must say that was really impressive. I would have never thought anything would be so intimidating as seeing someone kick the human tripod. I must say Crow it just prove’s every point you made……. That is that you are a damn fool and don’t know what the fuck you are getting into. I will see you at Shock. I hope you have a better understanding by then of what is truly going on. If not you will just be another victim for “Mr. Main Event” Mason Meadows the ICW World’s Heavyweight Champion.

Mason turn’s from the window and walk’s slowly across the room. As he exit’s the room and walk’s up the stairs the camera fades.
